The Frogs are a very friendly triathlon club located at Rockhampton in Central Queensland. The season runs from September to May and we have members from 12 years and up.
Our membership spreads to the nearby towns of Gladstone, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Moura, Emerald and of course a strong band of members in our closest neighbour Yeppoon.
We are very lucky to have the support and encouragement of the Frenchville Sports Club, where we can raise funds and enjoy the benefits of belonging to a progressive licensed club.
Our club promotes particiption over result and encourages the benefit of fitness over who beats who. We cater for a wide range of triathletes, those who seek national age selection, to those who like to keep fit and challenge themselves. We encourage the younger athletes along with the teams aspects. We also run Duathlons.
