2012 Meetings– Monday 21st May, Monday 23rd July, Monday 17th September and Monday19th Nov.
Rep subsidies for Pt . McQuarrie $100 x 5. Canberra $300 x 1.
Fund raising Levy - $20.00 per player (both seasons) therefore no chocolate drives etc. Bunnings etc, rep players expected to attend.
Norma Connolly attending sports awards 17th feb and conducting a coaching clinic on the Saturday afterwards.
Nominations for Frenchville Sports Awards, these nominees will attend the FSC awards night and compete against other nominees from all the Frenchville sports clubs.

Panthers Basketball players selected in Queensland North Basketball Side
5 Frenchville Sports Club Panthers Basketball team members were recently selected in the Queensland North Basketball side that went away to the Pacific Slam Basketball Tournament in Port Macquarie. This equates to half of the team with only 10 kids being selected for the side. Another Frenchville member was also named as a shadow player for the team. The 5 that were selected Leon CHRISTENSEN, Damon CHRISTENSEN, Malachi SHANAHAN, Nicolas MAGNUSSEN and Bailey MEYERS performed very well over the tournament with all contributing to the team’s success.
The team Played NSW Waratahs as their first game and lost that one, they then went on to win their next 5 games against 3 NZ teams, South Australia and Western Australia, to finish second in their pool. They then played the NSW Kookaburras in the semi final eventually going down by a couple points to miss out on a shot in the Grand Final. Due to the format there were no playoffs, so all in all they finished a tie third for the tournament. This is the best a Queensland North Boys U15 team has done in the last 10 years.
