Frenchville Rockwheelers place first and second at 2022 QLD Classics State Championships

The Frenchville Rockwheelers have placed first and second in A-Grade at the 2022 QLD Classics State Championships.

Nine A-Grade teams from across the state competed over three days at Boondall Entertainment Center. Rockwheelers Black And Rockwheelers Green lost only one game each to progress to the first ever Rockwheeler versus Rockwheeler Classics Final, with Rockwheelers Green narrowly winning by just one point.

Congratulations to Adam Schreiweis for his selection in All Star 5 and Hamish Vanderwolf for A Grade MVP.

Congratulations also to representative Rockwheeler players Dylan Robinson - Australian Under 23 men and Sarah King - Australian Under 25 woman playing this weekend.

Frenchville Rockwheelers would also like to thank Deborah King, Coach Rockwheelers Black and pay a special mention to Brianna Bloomfield - Assistant Coach Rockwheelers Black, along with Ellie Bloomfield who was selected by the teams as most improved player. Rockhwheelers would also like to thank all players and supporters, especially toMick Gooda for his generosity in providing ample water and sustenance to keep us going over 3 days of competition, and congratulate Head Coach Jenny Anderson for the constant motivation and encouragement that pushed her teams to new heights.
