We’re incredibly proud to share that Frenchville Sports Club has been named the Most Disability Friendly Café/Restaurant for 2025 by Access Recreation Rockhampton, marking our third consecutive year receiving this recognition.
This award was announced during Disability Action Week, a time dedicated to celebrating inclusion, accessibility, and the individuals and organisations who champion these values every day. For our team, this recognition is meaningful because creating a welcoming and supportive environment isn’t a campaign or a moment for us, it’s part of who we are as a community club.
At Frenchville Sports Club, we believe everyone should feel comfortable, respected, and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. Our Café team plays a huge role in bringing that experience to life. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care help ensure every visit is a positive one.
We’d like to thank Access Recreation for this honour, and we extend our gratitude to our members, guests, and community partners who continue to support us in building an inclusive space for all.
