Frenchville Sports Club has proudly held its first Charity Golf Day, raising $3000 for Headspace Rockhampton. The event, marked by enthusiastic participation from multiple business partners, emphasizes the Club's commitment to supporting youth mental health services in the community.

Headspace provides early intervention mental health services to young Australians, helping thousands access vital support through headspace centers, online and phone counselling services, vocational services, and school programs.

Graeme Brady OAM, Chairman of Frenchville Sports Club, expressed his pride in supporting Headspace and emphasized the Club's ongoing commitment to the community.

"We are proud to support Headspace Rockhampton through our first Charity Golf Day. This event is a testament to our dedication to contributing over a million dollars to the community each year. Supporting the mental health of our youth is crucial, and we are committed to making a positive impact," said Mr Brady.

Headspace Rockhampton was selected as the charity for the event to align with Frenchville Sports Club’s strong commitment to supporting junior sports teams, making it the focus of the golf day.

The event brought together a diverse array of business partners, including Struddy’s, Drummond Golf, Lion, CUB, Aristocrat, AGT, Bidfood, Battery World, Morrisons, Zonca’s, The Agency, Selco, STT Electrical, Coca-Cola, and Rocky Sports Club, all contributing to the fundraising efforts.
