In our continued effort to prioritize the well-being of our valued employees the team closed the club early on Monday 11th September and headed out to the bowls club for some much needed downtime in preparation for the busy holiday season.
The event was organized under Frenchville's industry leading Employee Wellness Program, which is specifically designed to embrace the 6 pillars of workplace wellbeing. The program has a special focus on nurturing our staff's social wellbeing, organizing events designed to promote social connections and enhance the enjoyment of our employees.
To top off the event, we held our Multi-Draw raffle with all staff in attendance receiving a free ticket. The raffle consisted of $3,000 in prizes, including tablets, headphones, GKI getaways, a TV, and more!
The team had a great afternoon and look forward to their next staff event!
