Tender, herb-crusted lamb rack cooked to perfection, served atop a velvety butternut pumpkin purée. Accompanied by a rich stuffed mushroom and delicate whipped goat’s cheese, finished with a fragrant smoked sage jus for a beautifully balanced, savoury dish.
