NOTICE OF BALLOT FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Members of The Frenchville Sports Club Limited (ACN 009 932 469) are advised that a secret ballot shall be held to determine the three (3) available positions of Director of the Board.
Ballot forms can be obtained from the Returning Officer at The Frenchville Sports Club, 105 Clifton Street, North Rockhampton from
10am to 6pm Monday – Friday, or 10am to 2pm Saturdays.
Membership card or photo identification must be provided.
Ballot forms will be available from Thursday 26 February and must be obtained and placed in the ballot box no later than 5pm Thursday 18 March 2026.
The Frenchville Sports Club Annual General Meeting will be held in the Frenchville Sports Club Atrium at 9:00am on Saturday 21 March 2026.

All proxies and items of general business must be received by the Secretary by 5:00pm, Thursday 5 March 2026.
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting and would like to send a Proxy on your behalf.
