History
The Frenchville Rockwheeler Wheelchair Basketball Program was formed in 2009 and has now grown to be recognised as the strongest regional program in the country.
Members with a variety of physical disabilities including paraplegia, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and limb amputation make up the three competitive teams. In 2009 the Frenchville Rockwheelers won the inaugural CQ Wheelchair Basketball competition and in 2015 the team travelled to play in New Caledonia.
