History
Formed in 1975, the Frenchville Scorpions Softball Club is the oldest club within the Rockhampton & District Softball Association. The Club drifted away from The Frenchville Sports Club in its early years, but then realigned with The Frenchville Sports Club again in 1999. Men’s competition began in 1991.
The Frenchville Scorpions have a significantly strong membership base, with some members such as the Goerg family having three generations play for the club.
